What happens when you mix traditional folk, traditional Eastern European music, Ska, African folk, world music, stripped down rock, nu-folk, indie folk , reggae, singer-songwriters, blues and unplugged indie alternative rock – then throw in a few guitars, piano, oud, violin, marimba, cello, trombone, trumpet, ukulele, piano accordion, percussion, drums, blues harp, saxophone [possibly a saw] and voices from the heavens, all played by some of South Africa’s finest artists in these genres?
You get the 12th Installment of the Cape Town Folk ‘n Acoustic Music Festival.
