Christmas Carols at Kirstenbosch

  • by

The Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts presents four evenings of Christmas Carols in celebration of the festive season.

The Christmas-themed sing-along concert series is the flagship project of the Rotary Club of Kirstenbosch and forms part of the organisation’s annual fundraising efforts. While each evening boasts a line-up of well-known local acts as pre-entertainment, the main attractions are the Cape Town Concert Brass and Male Voice Choir, who performs traditional Christmas tunes and carols.

Think of a beautiful garden setting, in glow stick light and the melodious sound of Christmas Carols (preceded by a stunning SEQ set)… and it is sponsored by Pick n Pay. It is a fun way to get in the mood for Christmas and it also raises funds for charities in and around Cape Town.

Sterling EQ will be performing from around 18h30 until 19:30, while the carol service starts at 19:45 and the event ends approximately 21:30.

Venue: Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, Rhodes Dr, Newlands, Cape Town
Time: 6pm
Cost: R25 – R125

Date: 15 December 2017
