Di Forster is not an experienced agent, but Chas Everitt Master Agent Sally Gracie was adamant that in choosing her new partner, following the tragic death of Marion Bolton, the most important qualities that Sally was looking for would not be conventional real estate sales experience but a lot more; an understanding and appreciation of luxury property, a complimentary personality, the right attitude and of course great contacts in the area.

Di Forster is however no stranger to the real estate business. Di has bought and sold eleven times in the Constantiaberg area. Stretching from Klaasenbosch Estate on Brommersvlei Road to Stonehurst Estate. Di also stayed at Steenberg Golf Estate where she has many friends. Property has been a long time passion for Di and the only comments her close friends have said about her joining Sally in a move into real estate sales is; “about time!”
Di has been involved in the design, building and decorating of all her homes, including Silverhurst Estate where she lived for two years. The Klaasenbosch property was a very high profile property that was purchased by Di at an auction. Di sub divided the property into four plots, did extensive security improvements, and renovated the main house.
As Di said, “I worry that I might be addicted to the smell of wet cement and am crazy enough to want to build from scratch again!” Oh no Di, we have news for you… there will be no time for that as you and Sally have a great and challenging opportunity ahead of you!
